Pizza with chicken

INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH:

250 g.. flour for all what; uses

1 sachet of dry yeast

1 cup lukewarm water (you may need a little more)

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon grated cheese

1 teaspoon dried basil

2 tablespoons oil

INGREDIENTS FOR THE SAUCE:

2/3 box last tomato chopped in a blender

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon sugar
salt, pepper

MATERIALS GEMISIS:

1 onion in to small cubes

1 small chicken breast cut in to small cubes

2-3 tablespoons red wine

2 red peppers into very thin strips

1,5 about cup grated cheese

2 ham slices chopped

 

IMPLEMENTATION:

For the dough:

Heat at moderate temperature in the microwave (about 20 seconds) oil with basil in a small bowl and pour into a basin (or heat a pot on low heat).

Mix in the warm water with sugar and yeast and mix well.

For the sauce:
