Ingredients for the dough:
Dry μαγιά : 1 sachet
Hot water: 2/3 cup
Rough flour: 3 mugs
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Ingredients for tomato sauce:
chopped tomatoes: 1 package
Xero basil and oregano: by 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: 1/3 teaspoon
Ingredients for pizza:
Clams or mussels: 12 (shelled)
Cut washers squid: 1 large
Peeledshrimp: 12 moderate
Crumbs μοτσαρέλα : 200 g.
Crumbs παρμεζάνα : 2 tablespoons
Dry oregano or thyme: 1/2 teaspoon

1. In a bowl put half the water and dissolve the yeast. Leave it 10 minutes "wake up". In another bowl put the flour with salt and add the yeast and the remaining water. Knead until you get a supple dough. The cover and leave in a warm place, a time to rise.
