Ingredients for the trout:
fresh, clean, trout: 4 moderate
Salt, pepper: as you like
Dust πάπρικα : 1 tablespoon
Ελαιόλαδο : little about alleima fish
Ingredients for kremmydosalata:
Xero κρεμμύδι : 1 large
sumac: 2 teaspoons
Paprika: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped parsley: 2 tablespoons

1. Heat the grill in the oven as possible or switch coals.
2. Season to taste and sprinkle the pestofes their bellies with paprika. Lightly lubricate the outside (to avoid sticking to the grill). Put them to cook on the grill and in the middle of the baking spatula to turn it over under cooked and the other.
3. Meanwhile prepare the kremmydosalata: Clean the onion and cut into very thin slices. You put in a bowl with parsley, the sumac, paprika and salt. Close the bowl and shake vigorously to thoroughly shuffled materials.
4. Remove trout from the grill and place on a platter. Drain side the kremmydosalata and serve immediately.
