Butter: 3/4 cup (230 gr.)
Ζάχαρη : 3/8 cup (75 gr.)
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Egg: 1 large
Cold water: 1/8 cup
Flour: 2 mugs (250 gr.)
Jam: 1 mug (eg. strawberry, peach, cherry or any other you like)
Icing sugar: little for sprinkling (optionally)

1. Sift the flour with salt and baking powder. Add the sugar, butter cut pieces, egg and cold water. You work with your hands until you get a dough omoiogenni. Make the ball, the wrap well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a tart 22 - 24 from: the Butter and sprinkle with flour. You can instead use a tart molds in festive shapes eg. Stars oppss photo.
3. Keep a little dough for the decoration and the rest of the open sheet and Lay on the bottom and sides of tart. Spread in the jam dough. Since the dough kept cutting stars and distributes over the jam.
