Ingredients:
walnuts: 150 g.
Chocolate: 200 g. (Couverture)
Brunette sugar: 200 g.
Sunflower: 125 ml
Eggs: 3 large
Vanilla: 2 vanilla or 1 teaspoon extract
Flour: 375 g.
Baking powder: 3/4 teaspoon
Cocoa: 30 g.

Directions:
1. Grease a griddle 20CH30 cm. and about Lay on greaseproof paper baking bottom. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
