ingredients:

1/2 kilo of milk
150 gr. phytin
200 g. sugar
3 eggs
50 g. Fresh yeast
flour as getting (not stiff dough)

On the sheet:
sugar,cinnamon,phytin

Implementation:

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, put the phytin and the sugar, the eggs and mix well.
Add the flour and make a soft dough.
Cut and divide the dough into balls.
We open each ball roughly 3-4 from.
Put phytin on the sheet and pour sugar and cinnamon on top.
From here on, roll the sheet or roll it up and cut it into slices,(so it will be round for us) or fold the sheet in half and cut it into strips and make a knot ”hiding” its edges from the bottom.
Put them on the tray with greaseproof paper, brush them with a little egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at about 200 degrees until they turn pink.
