Ingredients for melomakarona:
Ελαιόλαδο : 1 1/2 mug (250 ml)
Icing sugar: 1/2 mug
Orange juice and lemon: 1/2 mug - about 1 orange and half a lemon(

Brandy: 1/4 cup
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Lay 2 large baking trays with greaseproof paper baking.
