Crumbs cinnamon: 2 tablespoons
Grated carnation: 2 teaspoons
Grated allspice: 1/2 teaspoon
Grated nutmeg: 1/2 teaspoon
Grated cilantro: 1/2 teaspoon
Grated cardamom (kakoules): 1/2 teaspoon
Grated ginger: 1/2 teaspoon
Grated anise: 1/2 teaspoon
Grated star anise: 1/2 teaspoon

1. Stir together all spices.
2. Put them in a glass jar, the tightly closed and store in a cool, dark place.
