apricots: 650 g.
Ζάχαρη : 450 g.
Crumb of apricot pits: 6 kernels
Lemon: 1 the juice
Vanilla: 1

1. Wash the apricots and remove the stones. The cut into smaller pieces. bucking 6 pits and keep their kernels.
2. Mix the apricots with the sugar and lemon juice. Allow to stand for 24 hours. The then place in a colander to drain and collect their juices.
