Spaghetti with sauce chicken
Very tasty sauce for spaghetti, chicken with tomatoes and mushrooms. Easy and hearty.

Ingredients:
Cut cubes chicken fillet:
2 fillets (1 chest)
Chopped κρεμμύδι :
1 moderate
Ελαιόλαδο :
4 tablespoons
Grated garlic:
1 clove (optional)
Chopped tomatoes:
800 g. or 2 packaging concasse
Sliced mushrooms:
300 g.
Salt, pepper:
as you like
Xero thyme:
1/2 teaspoon
Dry white wine:
1/2 mug
Ζάχαρη :
1/2 teaspoon
Spaghetti:
500 g.
Grated cheese:
as you like (optional)
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil and sauté the diced chicken. Add the onion and wither and this. Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook until mushrooms make their fluids and wither. Add the wine and after evaporation, Add tomatoes, salt and pepper, sugar and thyme. Simmer, until sauce thickens well (20 with 30 minutes).
2. In saucepan boil plenty of salted water and add a little olive oil (a teaspoon). Cook the spaghetti, according to the instructions of the package. Drain, Pour into serving dish, above add the sauce, if you want grated cheese and serve immediately,

Delicious and very fragrant although I did chicken breast grilled chicken leftovers. I guess a normal chicken how delicious it is!
