Flour: 2 mugs
Soda: 1 teaspoon
Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Crumbs cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
Grated nutmeg: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon

Grated carrots: 2 mugs

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. You put 12 papers in pan on medium muffin (if you younger will need more).
2. Stir together the flour, salt, soda, the baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Keep it aside.
