Muffins with oatmeal and honey
Delicious and fairly healthy muffins with oatmeal, honey, hazelnuts and candied citron. Rich in flavor, yet lightweight.

Ingredients:
Flour:
180 g.
Rolled oats (porridge):
100 g.
Chopped candied citron:
100 g.
Chontrospasmena hazelnuts:
100 g. (baked, unsalted)
Cinnamon:
1 teaspoon
cocoa powder:
1 spoonful
Baking powder:
2 1/2 teaspoons
Soda:
1/2 teaspoon
Egg:
1 large, bob
Honey:
150 g.
Sunflower:
80 ml
Yogurt:
200 g.
whipped:
200 g. (optional for garnish)
Truffle chocolate:
little for garnish (optionally)
Directions:
1. Stir flour, the porridge, Cocoa, citrus, cinnamon, Baking, soda and hazelnuts.
2. Add the egg, oil, honey and yogurt in the mixture with the flour and mix (not parachtypisete).
3. Divide into 12 paper for muffin tins and put in a special pan or shares directly in a well greased baking tray for muffins.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, let 5 min in the pan and then remove the muffins a rack to cool. If desired garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles.
