Ingredients:
kritamo: 3 about mugs
Salt: 1/2 mug + 3 tablespoons
Water: 1 mug
Vinegar: as getting

Directions:
1. Put plenty of water into the pot, along with half a cup of salt, to boil. Pour kritamo, let 10 - 15 seconds and drain.
2. Dry the sea fennel with towels or paper towels and place in jar. stir the 3 spoons of salt to one cup of water and pour it into the jar with sea fennel. Fill with vinegar and close the jar.
3. Keep the jar in a dark place. After 1 Month is ready.
