Ingredients for candy:
Ζάχαρη : 1/2 mug
Water: 1/4 cup
Materials recipe for cream:
Ζάχαρη : 1/3 cup
Milk: 3 mugs
Eggs: 4 large
Vanilla: 1 stick or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In addition you will need sweet form: about a liter, to fit in the pot

Directions:
1. Put the accessory for steaming or the pot or a metal bowl with a flat bottom in the pot (the mold should not rest on the bottom of the pot). put water, so as not to exceed the middle of the form.
2. Prepare the caramel: in a saucepan put the sugar with the water and boil for a few minutes, to get beautiful blonde color. Be careful not to darken too much as it will make you sad.
3. Pour the candy into the mold and after it cools down a bit, tilt the form all around, let the candy go to the walls as well.
4. Prepare the cream: put the milk with the vanilla seeds on the fire to burn (care not to boil. Also if you use an extract you will throw it at the end). Beat the eggs with the sugar and add by beating, hot milk. If you use an extract, add this as well.
5. Pour the cream into the form. Cover the form with aluminum foil and close it well. Put it in the pot and close the lid. Cook for 15 minutes after the valve whistles and allow the pressure to drop completely before opening it. Leave it to cool and put it in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours at least.
6. Before serving, take out the foil and turn it over on a plate.
