Ingredients:
Chicken: 1 small or moderate
Cut cubes carrot: 1 large
Chopped κρεμμύδι : 1 moderate
Chopped celery: 2 twigs
Vermicelli: 1 package
Ελαιόλαδο : 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice: as you like
Salt, pepper: as you like

Directions:
1. In a saucepan put the chicken 3 - 4 liters of water and cook covered for 1 - 1,5 time. Remove the chicken from the pot and strain the broth. If you remove the fat.
2. The chicken is boned, Remove the skin and chop. Hold it for later.
3. In saucepan, heat the olive oil and wilt the vegetables. Add the broth and simmer for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper, add the chicken and vermicelli, boil 1 - 2 minutes and remove from heat.
4. Serve the soup very hot with lemon juice.
