Rice: 1 1/2 mug
Ελαιόλαδο : 3 tablespoons
Cut cubes chicken: 1 breast or 2 thighs, boiled or roasted
Sliced mushrooms: 150 g.
Chopped garlic: 1 clove
Sour cream : 1 mug
chicken broth: 11/2 mug
Salt, pepper: as you like
Crumbs μοτσαρέλα : 1 mug

1. Boil the rice until tender, in salted water. They drain and set aside fylaxteto.
2. Heat the olive oil and brown the chicken. When slightly browned, add the mushrooms with garlic. Salt and pepper.
3. When the mushrooms are tender, add the cream and then the broth. When boiling add the rice and stir well. When the liquid absorbed, Remove from heat and pour into a buttered ovenproof dish.
4. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven, to 200 degrees until browned cheese (about 20 minutes).
5. Serve very hot.
