Coffee with orange – kafes portokali

ingredients (per 4 cups)
3 cup. hot filter coffee
4 tablespoons sugar (or as everyone prefers)
100 ml whipped cream with a little sugar
Juice of an orange
4 tablespoons orange liqueur
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice, cut into small strips
A little chocolate zest (optional)

Divide into 4 cups of sugar, the juice and liqueur. Add the coffee. Spread the whipped cream and sprinkle on top with the orange peels and chocolate.
Serve immediately.
