Flour: 1 1/2 mug

Cocoa: 1/4 cup
Salt: 1 pinch
instant Coffee: 1/2 teaspoon (dust)
Soda: 1 teaspoon
Vanilla: 1/2 teaspoon extract or 1 capsule vanillin powder
Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Sunflower: 1/3 cup
Water: 3/4 cup (cold)
Liqueur coffee cream: 1/4 cup and 1 tablespoon extra
Sour cream: 200 ml (fat 35%)
Icing sugar: 3 tablespoons

1. Turn on the oven to warm to 180 degrees. Grease 2 tins of 20 - 22 cm and Layer with greaseproof baking.
2. In a bowl mix the flour with the sugar, Cocoa, salt, soda the coffee powder and vanilla (if you use powder).
