Sunflower: 1 mug (or other light oil)
Ζάχαρη : 1 1/2 mug
Eggs: 2 large
Yogurt: 1 mug
Flour: 2 mugs
Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
Salt: 2 pinches
Rose water: 1 + 1 tablespoon
Icing sugar: 1 mug
Red coloring: 1 - 2 drops (optionally)

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Butter and flour 6 small cake molds (pan with 6 cases, such as muffins) or a regular cake form.
2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt. Keep it aside.
3. Beat in mixer, oil, sugar and eggs, frothy. Add one tablespoon rosewater. Reduce speed and add flour alternately and yogurt.
