Ingredients:
Puff:
2 leaves
Hazelnut praline:
3/4 about cup (or nutella nutella or another of your choice)
This:
1 small, only the yolk
Broken unsalted hazelnuts:
3 tablespoons
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Lay 2 sheets with baking parchment.
2. If the puff pastry sheets are not square, cut a strip to square them. Do not throw away the strips, you can bake them twisted with a little sugar.
3. Cut the square sheet, crosswise, so get 4 smaller squares. Cut each square diagonally into 2. So you will get from each card, 8 triangles.
4. Put in the center of the long side of the triangles, by 2 teaspoons of praline. Do not put more, because it will overflow during baking. Wrap the dough in a roll, starting from the far side and ending at the nose. the 2 bring the ends together and join them. Put the croissant on the plate. Continue in the same way and form all the croissants.
5. Beat the yolk with 1 spoon of water and brush the croissants. Sprinkle with grated hazelnuts and bake in the oven, until they swell and turn brown, about 30 minutes. Eaten lukewarm or at room temperature.
6. You can change the filling to jam or marmalade and grated white chocolate (sprinkle with sugar or grated almond) or even make savory croissants, with cheese or cheese and bacon (in this case sprinkle with grated Parmesan)
