very ripe peaches
sugar (optional)

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Mash them in a blender or pass them through a juicer. Try the pulp and if you want add sugar to make it sweeter. Divide it into special granite molds and put them in the freezer for 12 hours. Dip one foot into warm water, pausing between layers to allow them to dry.
