Waffles with spinach

1000 g. fresh spinach or 600 g. chilled
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped dill
50 + 100 g. butter
salt, pepper, nutmeg
200 ml milk
130 g. grated cheese
4 eggs
200 g. flour

Wash the fresh spinach and chop it finely. This process does not need to be frozen. Heat the 50 g, butter and wipe the onion. Add the spinach and cook until the water evaporates. Just before the end of cooking, add the dill. Add salt and pepper and nutmeg and set aside. Beat the remaining butter with the eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper and nutmeg. At the end add the grated cheese and spinach. Heat the waffle iron and bake the waffles. Serve hot.
