Ingredients:
Eggs: 12 moderate
Butter: 3 tablespoons
Salt, pepper: as you like

Directions:
1. In large nonstick skillet, put half the butter to melt.
2. Break eggs into bowl and mix (not hit). Pour in the pan and season to taste. Stir over very low heat, cooked, Loosen sure it around the eggs to prevent dry.
3. When the eggs thicken, the downloading of the fire, add remaining butter, stir and serve immediately.
